Thank you for visiting and shopping at VELARAE. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost will vary depending on the shipping destination, package weight, and the shipping method you choose.

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and their estimated delivery times will be presented to you at the checkout screen.

Domestic Shipping (within Singapore): We offer a range of options from standard to expedited shipping.

International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to customs processing.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Shipping)

VELARAE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

VELARAE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they may be required for the investigation.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your own expense.
